This Guide has been available from the League of NJ Municipalities since 5/04. It has just been revised to reflect recent changes to control Electric Utility Floodlights, regulate certain existing inappropriate lighting, and sensibly address homeland security concerns. The Guide is 17 pages long and is intended to help municipalities adopt an anti-LP ordinance. It can also be used as a reference source for solving specific lighting problems and includes important quotes from IES literature.
